The clinic is open Monday to Saturday 10:30-8pm and on Sunday from 11-6:30 pm. We are open all days except for Official Holidays.

It is located at 86 Paschimi Marg, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi 110057, in South Delhi.
And it is approximately 7 km from the airport.

Dr. Kiran is available by appointment only on the following days and times.

In person consultations and treatments:

Mondays from 11 am – 4:30 pm IST
Wednesdays 1:30 pm -7 pm IST
Fridays: 1:45 pm – 7 pm IST
Saturday 12 pm – 7 pm IST

Virtual Consultations:

Mondays from 5:30 pm – 7 pm.

Dr. Kiran does certain procedures on prior booking and approval. She also does all injectibles, and customizes and oversees all programs and aesthetic treatments and is very involved in ensuring results and the best customer care.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment if you are a new patient or haven’t been to the clinic in more than 6 months. We will have an intake form for you to fill out so we can understand your medical history and your needs thoroughly. It is best to have any recent blood tests, or relevant imaging ready with you, along with a list of your current skincare, supplements and haircare. If you are an existing patient who has been to Isya in the past 6 months, please come 5-10 minutes prior to the appointment so you can check in with the reception and enjoy your refreshments prior to your appointment.

Yes! We provide a medical helpline to assist you throughout your aesthetic and wellness journey, offering expert support if you need it.

Dr. Kiran’s consultation fee is 3500 INR in-person. Her virtual consultation fee is 3500 for patients residing at the time in India, and 4000 INR for any international patients.

Our in-house associate dermatologist’s consultation fee is 1200 INR.

Our associate aesthetic doctors offer free consultation for treatment guidance, and any aesthetic consult is 900 INR.

Our nutritionist’s fee is 1500 for a consult and a one week diet plan.

At Isya, we have nearly every treatment available from around the world. We also insist on the highest standard of care possible.
So to understand pricing, we would have to identify your concern and then our doctors will suggest treatments accordingly to deliver the best results. The costing would then be as per the program suggested. For individual treatment costing, just email us, call, or whatsapp us with your contact details and query, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

We accept cash, debit cards, google pay, bank transfer, and all major domestic and international credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

This depends on your insurance. You would have to check with your insurance what is actually covered and then file a claim with your insurance for it.

Yes, we provide virtual consultations. We have clients from all over the world, and also clients that travel regularly who need access even though they can’t be physically in Delhi. So virtual consults are a benefit we offer. These, however, must be scheduled in advance to ensure seamless care.

Our dedicated concierge team understands your aesthetic and wellness goals, tracks your progress, and ensures you stay on course with personalized guidance and follow-ups. You can elect to choose your own personal concierge, or once you become a part of the Isya family, you will be assigned one automatically. Then, your concierge will follow up with you to ensure the best care possible.

Absolutely. You can have your blood tests conducted at Isya while at your visit or whenever you schedule with us, and we ensure the correct tests you need are done. While you are welcome to get your blood tests done from any lab of your choice, Isya has seen that often labs don’t complete many of the tests we require. So we started offering in-house lab testing to ensure the tests you need happen properly.

Not at all! We believe in making your life easier. Simply share your results with us, and our team will provide the required interpretation and guidance via call or WhatsApp, no separate consultation required. That being said, if we think that the tests are severe or need you to come in or see another specialist to treat them, we will inform you of that then.
